I tried really hard to get onto the Ellen show's - Mother's Day Special but to no avail. Well now I have a one in a hundred million (guesstimate) of winning the prizes from the show by watching and entering from home.

What would it mean to me to win in 300 words or less. It has to be creative, original and on topic.
Here was my rough draft submission. I polished it up and made it flow better before submission but I didn't save it and accidentally closed out of i t:(
I really, really hope my play at humor appeals to Ellen and Ellen's staff over sounding overly needy.
Keep your fingers crossed for me, will ya, you guise? Xoxox
"Ellen, winning would mean less stress, financial burden, & more quality time as a new family. It would also mean we could keep a shred of our sanity. Our Reasoning is sound:
We need that baby moon to prepare mentally for the upcoming baby battle ahead. The ipad mini will be used to document pictures/ movies of the sleep deprived labor, crazy tantrums (Ours & Olivia’s!) & the embarrassing baby moments. Financially, if we said we didn’t need the supply of diapers, we’d be full of (baby) POO!
The Shutterfly mom’s kit would be handy to make embarrassing photo books & pictures to show Olivia’s dates when they come to pick her up when she’s older! Who doesn’t love payback; Am I right?
The Mamaroo is needed for sanity & peace while showering for 2 minutes! I’ll be daydreaming of that “ocean” breeze that Olivia would be swaying to! If Olivia refuses to cooperate, into the 4momsbreeze (baby jail j/k), she’ll go!
The BOB motion stroller, B-SAFE / Britax Pavilion car seats are no laughing matter; especially when it means safety & my peace of mind, but I’ll be using them on my fun “mini vacations“ to JCP & Target! On those outings, it would mean that we could wear the adorable bella bundles, flawless Dana Rebecca necklace, posh JP Lizzy diaper satchel & comfy crocs to keep mommy & baby looking dressed to impress instead of a hot mess!
While we’re out, I could use Starbucks gift card to get my “infusion” of caffeine; “I’ll take this in a pik line IV, please!”
Ok, so the grand prize may not make parenthood a breeze or help us keep our sanity, but it will mean that we have more family time, memories to share & funds to save for college."
Here's hoping!!
